- Reports on this site summarize what guests and other sources have publicly said about a hotel at a specific time. Each report shows its source and date.
- We do not inspect hotels and cannot confirm every report. A report is not a finding by us that a hotel has bed bugs.
- A report describes the past. It does not mean the hotel has bed bugs today; many hotels treat the problem quickly. Where a hotel has responded, we show its response.
- A hotel with no report is not guaranteed to be free of bed bugs.
- Report summaries are short paraphrases, often translated. Please read the original source for the full context.
2. No warranty
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is” and make no guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or current. Information about health is general information and not medical advice; please consult a doctor or pharmacist. Decisions you make based on this site, such as booking or cancelling a stay, are your own responsibility.

5. Content and data on this site
- The text, map, summaries and the way our reports are selected, organized and presented are the work of BED BUGS JAPAN. Quoted material belongs to its original authors.
- You may link to any page and share individual reports with a link back to this site.
- You may not copy, scrape, download or reproduce our report data in bulk, or use it to build another database, map, app or commercial service, without our written permission. For data licensing, please contact us.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not send us false information, impersonate a hotel or another person, interfere with the site, or use automated tools to access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

2. 保証の否認
